What challenge do we propose to you? * Handle requests assigned by the help desk. * Diagnose and classify incidents in the management system. * Escalate complex issues to higher support levels. * Document solutions and maintain communication with users. * Provide guidance on the use of technological systems and tools. * Collaborate with IT teams to improve service. What do we expect from you? * Graduate with a technical degree in Computing, Systems, Networks, Electronics, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles. * Knowledge in: Operating systems and networks (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS). Hardware and peripherals. Ticket management tools. Basic cybersecurity. Knowledge and/or work experience with ITIL. * Desirable: Customer Service course. Equipment repair workshop. ITIL Foundation v3 or higher certification.
