Activities: * Reading and interpretation of drawings. * Proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Execution and analysis of technical reports. * Direct communication with our clients. * Delivery of specialized reports. * Responsible for carrying out implementation projects and routine technical assistance for slide gate mechanisms and quick change valves, as well as refractories. * Will lead the entire implementation process of the mechanisms, from theoretical training initially at the client site, mechanism implementation, and assisted follow-up with practical training. * Conduct routine meetings with clients. * Follow-up of installation of safety refractory lining and Tundish work Knowledge and skills required: * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or related fields. * Solid knowledge of steelmaking processes, especially continuous casting. * Minimum of two years of experience in steelmaking. * Knowledge of mechanics and refractories in continuous casting. * Ability to interact with people from different cultures; * Three years of specific experience related to the job functions. * Travel availability * Valid driver's license.
