We are Binswanger Perú, a leading company in comprehensive corporate real estate services, with a professional approach and solid experience in the sector, offering solutions in studies and research, brokerage, real estate consulting, project management, space design and implementation, and Facility Management, seeking optimal talent for the position of: Position: Technical Office Architect **Functions and responsibilities:** Carry out the technical review of architectural and specialty drawings in order to identify inconsistencies, omissions, and interferences that could generate construction change orders, ensuring the technical, regulatory, and constructive integrity of the project. * Review architectural documentation ensuring consistency in floor plans, sections, elevations, and details. * Analyze compatibility between architectural drawings, structural elements, and installations. * Identify omissions, interferences, or discrepancies that may lead to change orders or construction adjustments. * Prepare observation reports and recommendations to resolve findings. Preparation of RFIs. * Coordinate with designers, specialists, and clients to validate identified change orders. * Update architectural drawings incorporating approved corrections. * Ensure compliance with current technical, urban planning, and safety regulations. * Deliver clear and accurate reports on identified change orders. * Prepare budgets derived from change orders. * Maintain traceability of observations and drawing modifications. * Prevent cost overruns, delays, and conflicts during construction execution. * Ensure the documentary and technical quality of delivered information. * Prepare change orders and perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by General Management. * Comply with GPYC.SSOMA\-ES\-07 Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities of the SGSST. Requirements: * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Architecture * Experience in Construction, Buildings, and/or real estate services. * Experience: 2 to 4 years * Postgraduate degree / Diploma in Project Management. Knowledge: * Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Matrix, and Anti-bribery.
