




Position Summary: This position coordinates and plans the air export process, supervising operations, customs procedures, settlements, and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination of the air export process. 2. Customs procedure management and DAM tracking. 3. Interaction with entities such as SENASA and SERFOR. a. Coordinate and plan the Air Export process from receipt of customer instructions through to submission of the finalized DAM to the customer. b. Coordinate internal company processes to ensure operational and administrative requirements are met. c. Monitor DAMs approaching expiration and take immediate action to avoid penalties. d. Coordinate DAM endorsements and numbering according to cargo intake schedules based on customer-provided information, in collaboration with customs brokers and customs settlement agents. e. Prepare settlement documents for orders and submit them to the billing department. f. Coordinate with SENASA and SERFOR for scheduling cargo inspections. g. Prepare a production tracking chart for personnel under supervision. h. Coordinate issuance of Certificates of Origin and other certificates per customer requirements. i. Coordinate with operational staff on daily dispatch and inspection scheduling. j. Report any process deviations to the BASC/OEA Representative and BASC/OEA Coordinator. k. Comply with standards established in the BASC Supply Chain Security Management System / OEA Program relevant to this role. l. Other duties inherent to the position.
