





FUNCTIONS: * Ensure daily management of the platform, guaranteeing the achievement of sales targets. * Provide continuous feedback to the team to achieve optimal performance. * Manage personnel administration (hiring, terminations, vacations, permissions, sanctions, others). * Efficiently manage allocated resources (budget, work tools, others). * Collect, analyze and interpret KPIs, generating required operational reports. * Implement practices that promote a positive work environment consistent with organizational culture. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (Contact Center for INTERNET PERUANO services) or 2 years of experience as a sales supervisor in telemarketing. * Availability to work onsite in the district of Comas. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 06:30 pm and Saturdays from 09:00 am to 03:00 pm.
