**Real estate company composed of 18 collaborators is seeking an Accounting Assistant**, whose main responsibility will be to keep all accounting information up to date and ensure compliance with tax and financial obligations under the supervision of the administrator and an external accounting supervisor. **Requirements:** * University graduate in Accounting (essential, any university). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge and experience in account analysis and tax declarations. * Knowledge of the SISCONT accounting system (desirable). * Experience in preparing financial statements and detracción payments. * Proficiency with any ERP system (desirable). * Intermediate Excel skills (including pivot tables). **Working Conditions:** * Competitive market salary. * Location: **Los Olivos, in front of Plaza Norte.** * Schedule: **Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** * Employment regime: **MYPE (Half Bonus, Half CTS, 15 days of vacation, EsSalud)** **Responsibilities:** * Maintain updated accounting records and prepare tax declarations. * Prepare financial reports, such as cash flow and financial statements. * Manage payroll, invoices, detracciones, and tax documents. * Record and validate accounting transactions (purchases, sales, HR, reimbursements, etc.). * Perform bank reconciliations and accounts receivable/payable reconciliations. * Support audits, budgets, and accounting improvements. * Handle documentation with SUNAT and customs procedures.
