




Licensed Private University requires the best talent to fill the position of "Administrative Support". **Requirements:** * Technical degree, graduate or bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in administrative processes. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Customer service experience. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the student enrollment process (enrollment correction, credit extension, vacancies, shift change, classroom change, group creation). * Assist in handling student complaints and inquiries via phone, email, and/or in-person service. * Communicate with various university departments regarding the enrollment process or other requirements. * Issue academic documentation. * Perform other tasks assigned by the department supervisor.
