**Profession** Architect or Civil Engineer **Must demonstrate** three (03\) years of experience in the supervision and/or execution and/or inspection and/or oversight of \_**construction works in general**\_, having worked under the following positions: Cost, Quantities and Valuation Specialist and/or Quantities, Costs and Budgeting Specialist and/or Costs and Budgeting Specialist and/or Quantities, Costs and Valuation Engineer and/or Quantities, Costs and Valuation Specialist Engineer and/or Costs and Budgeting Engineer and/or Costs and Valuation Engineer and/or Quantities and Valuation Supervision Engineer and/or Assistant for Quantities, Costs and Budgeting and/or Assistant for Costs and Budgeting and/or Assistant for Quantities, Costs and Valuation and/or Consultant in Quantities, Costs and Budgeting and/or Valuation Engineer and/or Costs and Construction Programming Engineer and/or Quantities, Costs and Programming Specialist and/or Quantities Engineer and/or Valuation Engineer and/or Valuation Supervisor. **Construction consultancy services considered similar include:** Supervision of Projects related to construction and/or reconstruction and/or remodeling and/or improvement and/or renewal and/or expansion and/or creation and/or new construction and/or replacement and/or strengthening of public and/or private buildings, such as: a) Health Infrastructure (hospitals and/or health institutes and/or polyclinics and/or clinics) equal to or higher than secondary level of care, and/or; b) Educational infrastructure (Universities and/or Higher Institutes) and/or Residential and/or Commercial Infrastructure (Multifamily Buildings and/or Office Buildings and/or Shopping Centers) ***SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE, DEPENDING ON THE EXPERIENCE OF THE PROFESSIONAL, IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY REQUIRED*** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.6,000\.00 \- S/.9,000\.00 per month Experience: * Years: 3 years (Required) Travel availability: * 100 % (Required) Work location: On-site position
