REQUIREMENTS: * Technical professionals, students or graduates in Psychology, Marketing, Communication Sciences, Administration or related fields. * At least one year of experience training sales advisors. * Knowledge of sales techniques (approach, product presentation, objection handling, closing sales). * Familiarity with teaching methods and techniques. * Experience using digital gamified platforms for training purposes. * Intermediate level in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct training workshops for new sales advisors and supervisors on soft skills, sales techniques, objection handling, leadership, etc. * Develop follow-up schedules for advisors based on identified needs within the sales department. * Perform call audits of advisors to identify improvement opportunities. * Identify areas for improvement in training processes and materials. * Carry out other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
