




**We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Manager** to join the team of one of our main business partners, a constantly growing company in the telecommunications sector. **Who are we looking for?** A professional with leadership, strategic vision, and experience in mass recruitment of operational and commercial staff, who wants to take on the challenge of leading talent acquisition processes within a dynamic and expanding organization. **Workplace:** Lima (100% in-person) **Schedule:** Full-time \- Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm. **Payroll from day one** \+ statutory benefits **Main responsibilities:** * Design and implement recruitment strategies for field personnel, call center, and administrative profiles. * Lead the recruitment team, organizing processes and weekly goals. * Manage job portals, networks, and external partnerships. * Coordinate interview schedules, screening, and onboarding processes. * Monitor departmental metrics (vacancy coverage, response times, etc.). * Ensure selection process quality and a positive candidate experience. Requirements: * Graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience leading mass recruitment processes (commercial or operational). * Proficient in recruitment tools and digital platforms. * Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and results orientation.
