




We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented CALL CENTER ADVISOR, with a passion for sales, for an important collective funds company. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? \- Minimum requirement: completed secondary education or incomplete/complete technical studies. \- Minimum of 6 months prior experience in customer service and/or call centers. \- Availability to work in person from Monday to Saturday. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? 1\. Receiving calls from members. 2\. Assisting customers by answering inquiries, providing account information, responding to requests, resolving concerns about contracts, and other related matters. 3\. Creating a record of each call immediately after concluding the conversation with the customer. 4\. Maintaining assigned time durations for each call, respecting waiting times and post-call work periods. 5\. Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
