Our team in Peru is growing, and we are currently recruiting a **BIM Coordinator** to join our Minerals \& Metals business line for the Zafranal Project. **About the role:** * Experience in developing BIM Execution Plans and Digital Execution Plans (DEP), focused on large-scale mining projects. * Develop and manage detailed schedules for mining projects incorporating BIM methodology to ensure alignment with established timelines. * Identify and manage change controls related to BIM development and/or BIM Execution Plan. * Coordinate the integration of multidisciplinary BIM models within an integrated environment using the Hexagon\-SmartPlant suite. * Ensure model updates and accuracy to reflect real-time changes, working with platforms such as Navisworks, Autodesk Docks, Smart Review, and SmartPlant Foundation. * Manage and develop BIM performance indicators reports related to BIM model assessment. * Implement BIM protocols for tracking throughout the entire lifecycle of the model associated with deliverables. * Implement QA/QC protocols to ensure compliance with LOD and LOI defined in the Execution Plan. * Generate policies for BIM model management and versioning. * Develop interdisciplinary information flows related to the BIM model. * Implement, schedule, and organize 3D model review sessions using platforms such as Navisworks, Smart Review, and SmartPlant Foundation. * Ensure that models and processes comply with local and international BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and CFIHOs, and specific mining industry regulations. * Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance with BIM standards and generate quality metrics, such as resolution of model conflicts. **About you:** * Professional in **Mechanical, Instrumentation or Civil Engineering** with experience in mining projects. * Certification or specialization in **BIM** (desirable). * **Minimum 5 years of experience** in project planning using BIM, with a focus on mining projects. * Experience working with all tools in the **Smart Plant** suite and other BIM model review software such as **Navisworks, Smart Review.** * Experience in SQL (desirable) * Experience in Power\-Bi development (Desirable) * Advanced knowledge in planning using tools such as **Primavera P6** or **MS Project**. * Experience in **4D and 5D simulations** applied to mining projects. * Availability to work under **on-site** (field) conditions. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
