We are bridging two worlds—advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while also helping provide the energy, chemicals and resources that are needed today. **Objective:** Responsible for supervising E\&I installations carried out by the construction contractor through specialized construction knowledge, ensuring safety and high quality standards in discipline deliverables in compliance with standards, design codes and construction procedures. **Responsibilities:** Plan and schedule activities of the assigned project. Review detailed engineering documents and drawings. Coordinate material, tool and service requirements. Review and verify technical reports and project progress valuations. Supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring they are performed in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. Coordinate professionally and collaboratively with other disciplines, clients, contractors and subcontractors, aiming for project success. Manage and coordinate electrical \- instrumentation activities, guaranteeing that control and automation systems operate efficiently. Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by management. Ensure compliance with Worley's Quality Assurance System and HSE System, as well as the client's requirements. **Requirements:** **Specific Knowledge:** Management of Brownfield Construction Projects in the mining sector. Knowledge of IEEE, ANSI, IEC standards. Understanding of construction processes for E\&I installations in the mining industry. Experience in electrostatic precipitator assembly will be valued. **Specific Experience:** Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role. Skills and knowledge in Lean Construction and ability to work in a high-pressure global environment. Experience working on the construction supervision side. **Academic Qualifications, Certifications, Training:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with active registration at the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú (\#CIP). **HSE Skills:** Actively promotes behaviors aligned with our LIFE values and applicable HSE policies within the discipline. **IT Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft environment (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), AUTOCAD and MS Project. **Personal Competencies:** High level of interaction at all levels, with positive influence on people. Strong oral and written communication skills are expected. Ability to supervise contractor work. **Other Skills:** Autonomy, initiative in work, ability to work in a global environment, analytical and organizational skills, proactivity and dynamism.
