COPPERFIELD PERU SAC is looking for (1) instrumentation technician REQUIREMENTS: * Technical professional in Electronics or Industrial Automation. * Certified 3 years of experience as an Instrumentation Technician in mining concentrator plants. * Advanced knowledge of software: ABB System (essential), PLC, Allen Bradley, and Siemens. * Programming courses in: PLC and DCS. * Availability to work under a 14x7 schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Carry out the preventive maintenance program for field instrumentation and control equipment. * Assemble, install, configure, and/or program controllers, flow, pressure, weight, temperature, level, turbidity, density, gas measurement devices, etc. * Diagnose and repair faults in the control and instrumentation systems of the paste fill plant. * Execute improvement projects under the responsibility of the RPR instrumentation department. * Verify stocks of materials and/or instrumentation equipment and request procurement. * Keep updated the P&ID drawings and diagrams of different control loops, as well as the inventory of workshop materials and components. * Comply with and enforce safety regulations, work rules, safety management tools, and proper use of PPE.
