





Currently, there is an opportunity to join AtkinsRéalis Perú S.A. as a Mechanical Project Manager within the Mining and Metallurgy Division. **Purpose of the position:** Lead, together with internal staff, project planning across its various stages: engineering (design), procurement (acquisition of materials and equipment), and construction management (site supervision), ensuring compliance with AtkinsRéalis Perú's procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement project supervision management across all fronts, generating the documentation required by the AtkinsRéalis Perú S.A. system. * Lead contractual meetings for the assigned front, involving representatives from the client, contractors, subcontractors, QA, engineering, and others the client may wish to invite. * Administer and supervise work execution by contractors and suppliers under contracts signed with the client for the project, ensuring adherence to schedule and cost targets, while maintaining proper contractual relationships. * Interact with the entire leadership team of the client and AtkinsRéalis Perú S.A. to establish clear communication channels and implement proactive coordination among Client, Contractor, AtkinsRéalis Perú S.A., and the CQA responsible company. * Actively participate, review, and contribute to the contractor’s work planning to meet the contractual baseline, and take necessary corrective measures or actions to ensure all activities are completed on established dates. Monitor technical reports on work inefficiencies in coordination with the technical office and the contract department of AtkinsRéalis. * Lead various field and office working meetings on behalf of the client related to this activity. * Be responsible for ensuring that the scope provided by the construction contractor is fully delivered according to the terms of reference and their signed contract. * Review and validate monthly progress billing for works executed by the construction contractor. **Requirements:** * Formal education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, or Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering. * Active professional license and registration. * Additional training: Project Management under PMI framework. * Experience: Minimum 20 years in the mining and/or construction sector, managing large-scale EPCM projects, specifically Mill Installation. * Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles, involved in electromechanical installation projects within the mining and/or construction sectors. * Software proficiency: Microsoft Office. * Languages: Intermediate to advanced English. * Availability to work under rotational regime. **Process:** * Applications must be submitted directly through our corporate career portal; applications via other methods will not be accepted. * We will only contact candidates selected for an interview. * Relocation costs are not covered.
