At MINA ROMINA, we are looking for a MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR - VOLCAN MINING UNIT who meets the following profile: * 5 years of experience in mining (essential). * Licensed professional in Mechanical Engineering and/or Mechatronics Engineering. * 5 years of experience performing similar duties. * Management and maintenance of mechanical equipment for underground and/or surface mining. * Management of mechanical, electrical, automation, instrumentation, and process control maintenance plans and programs. * Proficient in reading technical drawings. * Skilled in hydraulics, pneumatics, electromechanics, and welding. * Project management. **Responsibilities:** * Generate corresponding work orders based on notifications recorded in SAP alerts, inspection records, and those reported by SSOMAC, including the CONTINUOUS IPER format in each, as well as PETAR and PETS, and the corresponding authorizations if required by the conditions of the work to be performed by technical personnel. * Supervise and ensure compliance with maintenance procedures before and during tasks, guaranteeing quality standards and adherence to scheduled timelines. Ensure compliance with Critical Risks and life-saving behaviors associated with the job. * Verify and validate spare parts requirements, issuing requests to the mine planner and CPM, and generate work order scheduling based on field requirements. * Manage and confirm spare parts requisitions and receipt, as well as procurement of new equipment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications according to organizational standards. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and summaries on maintenance activities within the area, evaluating management performance based on statistical indicators related to safety, availability, utilization, costs, and operational efficiency.
