





We are looking for a Quality and Testing Technician with experience in quality control and non-destructive testing to work on projects in the metal-mechanical, naval, and piping sectors. Knowledge of inspection and quality control procedures is required, as well as the ability to work under a 5x2 rotation schedule. Technical certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience in QA/QC areas will be highly valued. **Responsibilities:** * Perform quality control and non-destructive testing. * Monitor, manage, and maintain the quality control process. * Periodically evaluate the effectiveness of products, processes, or services. * Develop and implement quality system improvement plans. * Analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement. * Coordinate staff training on quality-related topics. * Establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships. * Identify root causes of errors or defects in equipment, processes, or materials. * Communicate with supervisors, colleagues, or responsible personnel. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation engineering. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA/QC. * Knowledge of inspection and quality control procedures. * Ability to work in a 5x2 rotation schedule. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
