A leading multinational company is looking for top talent to fill the position of QUALITY SUPERVISOR. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise and carry out quality inspections in the workshop: dimensional control, surface roughness, thickness measurements (DFT), and verification of tolerances according to drawings and applicable standards. * Plan and monitor inspection flow in repair, welding, and coating processes, ensuring traceability of each stage. * Perform and/or coordinate NDT/NDT (PT, MT, UT, and UT Phased Array where applicable); validate results and issue technical reports. * Manage data records (digital and physical formats), photographs, drawings, and certificates; keep documentation updated and organized. * Ensure compliance with standards and procedures (ASME/ASTM/API/ISO 9001, HSE), promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. * Lead and guide the inspection technical team, providing feedback and ensuring work standards on the shop floor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or technician with strong background in metalworking. * Minimum 3 years of experience in quality supervision within repair workshops or heavy mechanical manufacturing (heavy components: mills, crushers, pumps). * Knowledge of metrology and instrumentation (calipers, micrometers, roughness tester, thickness gauge, CMM/FARO/Leica). * Experience in NDT/NDT (PT, MT, UT; PAUT desirable). * Familiarity with ASME/ASTM/API and ISO 9001 standards.
