In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture, and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Manage new testing techniques. * Ensure compliance with technical, operational, and quality activities of the Laboratory. * Verify the calibration status and operability of equipment and glassware related to their work. * Verify routine quality controls performed in areas related to their work. * Directly support shift supervisors and/or Laboratory Coordinators in the proper management of the laboratory's operational workflow. * Evaluate and report results obtained to the laboratory supervisor. * Ensure and maintain order and cleanliness in the Laboratory, complying with laboratory safety regulations. * Schedule work according to analysis priorities indicated by the supervisor. * Participate in the development of techniques or analysis methods to be used for new determinations. * Maintain control of reagents and standards for analyses. * Neutralize process effluents when necessary. * Register and segregate solid waste when necessary. * Report the data and information required for result evaluation. * Review and/or coordinate orders for restocking based on work requirements. * Assist in method and quality standard validation. * Review standards or technical information regarding new analysis methods, performing validation and/or uncertainty assessment when necessary. * Support laboratory-related tasks or assignments given by the supervisor. * Assume the duties of the laboratory supervisor, assistant, and/or coordinator in their absence. * Promote continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in a field related to the position: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering. * 3 years of experience in wet chemistry, dry chemistry, and instrumentation, preferably with X-ray equipment handling. * Knowledge of chemical analysis techniques, good laboratory practices, and ISO 9001, ISO 17025 standards. * Applied work knowledge: chemical analysis techniques. **Additional Information** * Payroll inclusion from the first day. * Life insurance as per law. * 80% employer-paid EPS premium. * Ongoing training. * Corporate agreements.
