





There is currently an opportunity to join AtkinsRéalis Perú S.A. as a Senior Mechanical Field Engineer within the Mining and Metallurgy Division. **Responsibilities:** * Report on site to the Supervisor/Manager regarding all assigned activities. * Develop detailed mechanical and piping works construction supervision management as specified in the approved contract. * Review and provide technical feedback on designs performed by the client. * Execute supervision of placement, production, and transportation of materials used to form the asphalt core of the main dam, assisted by the main dam supervisor. * Implement construction supervision management procedures, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures, with HSE activities being an integral part of their responsibilities. * Provide support to the team of engineers assigned to supervision tasks. * Review contractor's daily reports and issue daily reports. * Proactively develop, review, and contribute to the contractor's work planning, and technically monitor work non-productive time in coordination with the technical and contract offices. * Lead various field and office work meetings. * Supervise the contractor and ensure that all scope commitments are fully met according to the terms of reference and signed contract. * Review and validate monthly progress billing for works executed by the contractor. * Issue corrective action reports to the contractor as required. * Monitor the construction progress schedule in accordance with contractual documents. * Conduct contract closeout and final settlement with the contractor, performing required walkthroughs to verify constructed facilities. * Participate in project HSE activities, technical walkthroughs, and safety inspections. * Coordinate material deliveries with the client. * Ensure compliance with the quality management system of the area. * Comply with company quality management system guidelines related to their position and area. **Requirements:** * Formal Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering, or Civil Engineering. * Active professional registration and license. * Additional Training: Project Management under PMI framework. * Experience: 10 \- 15 years in the mining and/or construction sector, responsible for EPCM projects involving large-scale mill installations. * Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles. * Software Skills: Microsoft Office. * Languages: Intermediate to advanced English. * Availability for rotational shift work. **Process:** * Applications must be submitted directly through our corporate career portal; applications via other channels will not be accepted. * We will only contact candidates selected for interviews. * Relocation costs are not covered.
