We are currently seeking top talent to join our team for the position of SSOMA SUPERVISOR. **Requirements:** \* Professional license in Mining Engineering, Geology, Chemistry, Metallurgy, or Occupational Health and Safety. \* Minimum 4 years of experience in the mining industry, with knowledge of safety standards such as Lockout and Energy Isolation, Fall Prevention, Load Lifting, Confined Spaces, Pressurized Systems, Hand Tools, Chemical Substances, and Compressed Gases. \* Essential knowledge: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards. \* Mining Occupational Health and Safety Regulations DS 024-2016-EM, modified by D.S. No. 023-2017-EM. \* 120-hour Occupational Health and Safety training course. \* NFPA 70E Electrical Safety Standard (to be considered for electrical work). \* Demonstrated knowledge of lockout and release procedures for energy sources—electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic—on plant equipment (Lockout, Isolation, and Tagging). \* Intermediate MS Office skills. \* Willingness to complete required certification courses. \* Immediate availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Service execution. \* Participate in meetings, trainings, audits, verification processes, and other SSOMA activities. \* Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of incident prevention systems and programs, and report results. \* Assess safety conditions at worksites before, during, and after operations. \* Update hazard identification and risk assessment documentation, as well as environmental aspects and impacts identification and evaluation. \* Ensure dissemination and awareness of the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Policy. \* Advise and maintain open communication with all organizational staff to promote a culture focused on personnel safety and health, as well as environmental protection. \* Promote full employee participation toward achieving safety, occupational health, and environmental goals. \* Implement systems for controlling and managing work activities: planned inspections, unplanned inspections, 5-minute safety talks, and safety meetings.
