Currently, we are looking for an **Operational Supervisor** interested in developing their skills and gaining experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Carry out the preventive maintenance program for field instrumentation and control equipment of the real-time telemetry system. * Assembly, installation, configuration, and/or programming of controllers, measurement devices, and real-time telemetry systems for water quality management in the field. * Diagnose and repair failures in field control and instrumentation systems. * Coordinate daily field operations. * Prepare monthly reports for the client. * Inspect, diagnose, and perform maintenance on all installed telemetry stations and their respective expansions over the service period, including components such as solar panels, connection cables, batteries, solar charging systems, fuses, among others. * Inspect, diagnose, and maintain measurement equipment installed on telemetry systems and their respective expansions over the service period, including electromagnetic and ultrasonic flowmeters for channels and pipelines, Casagrande level piezometers, vibrating wire sensors, and additional calibration activities for multiparameter sensors used to measure parameters representing water quality. * Propose improvement options for the IOT Data Visualization Platform to enhance the end-user experience. This includes generating all automated reports required by the client, implementing improvements and changes requested by the client, creating new analysis and visualization dashboards to optimize information usage for the client. * Perform field maintenance on all existing monitoring stations and newly added points. Simultaneously, collect field data from piezometers' various components and upload it to the platform, which will also serve as a database. * Install sensors provided by the client and propose the best installation alternatives for different locations where they are needed. * Piezometer monitoring report. * Verify requirements for PPE, travel allowances, tools, and supplies. * Digitize maintenance reports. * Verify optimization and improvement of telemetry points. * Review monthly reports. * Verify the IOT platform. * Add or remove points on the IOT platform. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or licensed professional in **ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING, SYSTEMS ENGINEERING, MECHATRONICS ENGINEERING.** * Knowledge of industrial automation and process control. * Knowledge of instrumentation. * Programming of Siemens PLCs. * Proficiency in Office tools **(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)**. * Report writing skills. * Availability to work under atypical mining regime schedules. * Class A2A Driver's License **(MANDATORY)** * Knowledge in using water quality, water level, flow, meteorological, and other related sensors. * Industrial Instrumentation. * Automation with PLC Logo V8. * Automation with Allen Bradley PLC. * Industrial Electricity. * Automation with Siemens PLC. * Advanced English **(DESIRABLE)** * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety **(DESIRABLE)** * Communication Skills: verbal and written. * Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate fresh ideas and creative solutions. * Proactivity and Teamwork. * Adaptability to change, assertive communication. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in **SUPERVISOR** roles. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the mining sector. **BENEFITS:** * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Career path. * Continuous training. * Formal employment. * Dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. **We know people make the difference.
