We are seeking refrigeration technicians capable of installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems, such as cold rooms, air conditioners, and heat pumps. The ideal candidate will possess technical skills in mechanics, electricity, and handling refrigerant gases, as well as competencies including problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team. Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems (ammonia, freon, or others). * Monitor and control the operation of freezing tunnels, cold rooms, compressors, evaporators, condensers, and pumps. * Identify, diagnose, and repair malfunctions in refrigeration equipment, ensuring continuity of IQF production. * Safely handle refrigerant gases and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. * Record and monitor temperatures, pressures, and energy consumption of refrigeration systems. * Comply with industrial safety protocols and good manufacturing practices (GMP). * Report anomalies, document maintenance activities, and coordinate with the maintenance and production departments. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Industrial Refrigeration, Refrigeration Mechanics, or related field * Knowledge of: * Operation and maintenance of ammonia and freon systems. * Instrumentation, temperature and pressure control. * Industrial safety regulations and refrigerant gas handling.
