Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Mechatronics Engineering * Technical background in electrical, instrumentation, electronics, or mechatronics * Industrial automation and control systems course * PLC programming course * Minimum of 3 years of experience in this role or similar positions * English (Basic) * Office 365 (Intermediate) * Proficient in maintenance and operation manuals for various equipment and machinery used within the company. Responsibilities * Apply lockout procedures when intervening on a machine or mechanical system in alignment with EHS policy * Execute preventive maintenance plans on electrical panels, motors, sensors, drives, PLCs, and instrumentation tools * Diagnose and repair electrical faults in automation and control systems (SCADA) and electrical components * Monitor, calibrate, and program sensors, control instruments, PLCs (Allen Bradley), and drives (PowerFlex) * Ensure proper connection and communication between drives, PLCs, and SCADA systems * Record and report data in the maintenance documentation system * Identify and correct electrical power quality issues * Propose improvements in automation and energy efficiency * Participate in, lead, and implement WCM methodologies * Identify and report unsafe acts and conditions within the facilities * Perform other duties inherent to the scope of responsibility and related to the nature of the position * Promote and comply with Saint-Gobain's codes of conduct and behavior, as well as policies and procedures associated with the role * Respect, motivate, and adhere to EHS policies.
