





**Objective:** Carry out operational and administrative tasks in the logistical and storage processes related to the acquisition, receipt, storage, distribution, and dispatch of equipment and supplies for instrumentation, automation, and environmental and geotechnical monitoring projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and technical requirements. **FUNCTIONS:** \+ Track national and international purchases of materials, equipment, and technical spare parts. \+ Assist in inventory management and control, ensuring proper product registration and rotation. \+ Assist in the correct receipt, coding, and storage of equipment and instruments, verifying their physical condition and documentation. \+ Assist in the logistical coordination of shipments and transfers to projects, clients, or laboratories, ensuring appropriate packaging and timely delivery. \+ Keep the logistics management system (ERP or Excel) updated, including entries, exits, stock levels, and purchase orders. \+ Assist in the document management of shipping guides, invoices, certificates, and customs documents. \+ Perform other related duties assigned by the area supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: \+ Technical degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \+ Minimum of 1 year in similar positions. \+ Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
