





**Job Description** A company in the retail and real estate sector is looking for an organized, responsible, and proactive **Accounting and Administrative Assistant** to handle the **accounting, administrative, and operational management** of our brand **Nébula** and the **operation of properties managed through Airbnb**. This position combines accounting, tax, coordination, and operational follow-up tasks. **Accounting and Administrative Responsibilities** **A. Accounting Process:** * Control, record, and process accounting transactions. * Preparation and submission of electronic accounting books. * Knowledge of the **CONCAR** system. * Accounting and tax advisory on company operations. **B. Tax Process:** * Monthly calculation and filing of **IGV** and **Income Tax**. * Sales and purchase records according to SUNAT regulations. * Preparation and submission of the **Annual Income Tax Return (Third Category) PDT**. * Management of **withholdings, deductions, and collections (SPOT)**. * Coordination of procedures before **SUNAT** and during audits. * Tax analysis of operations and support in refund processes, if applicable. **C. Payroll Process:** * Monthly calculation of **payroll, CTS, bonuses, vacations**, and social benefits. * Preparation and submission of **PDT 601 – PLAME**, AFP, ONP, Life Insurance Law, etc. * Worker registration in **T\-Registro** and issuance of payment receipts. * Management of service provider receipts and labor declarations. * Support and response to **SUNAFIL** in labor-related processes. **Airbnb-Related Responsibilities** * Serve as **co-host** for properties (respond to messages, coordinate check\-in/check\-out). * Supervise and coordinate with **cleaning and maintenance staff**. * Update inventories, verify property condition, and ensure supply replenishment. * Maintain smooth communication with the primary host. * Monitor ratings, bookings, and overall accommodation performance. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Graduate or final-year student in **Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields**. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in accounting or administrative roles**. * Intermediate knowledge of the **CONCAR** system and SUNAT tax regulations. * Proficient in **Excel and digital tools**. * Proactive, organized, and strong written communication skills. * Desired: Experience with **Airbnb or customer service**. **Terms and Compensation** * Base salary: **S/ 1,200** * Performance bonus: **S/ 300** * **Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm \- Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm** * Semi-presential work: * 1 day at the office (accounting review and administrative coordination). * 1 day at the property (inventory control, maintenance, and Airbnb management). * Remote work for the remainder of the week (virtual reviews and reporting). Position type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to S/.1,500\.00 per month
