Come and be part of this wonderful experience at Real Plaza Puruchuco! **Responsibilities:** · Apply service procedures. · Correctly execute each game's procedures. · Communicate safety instructions regarding games and infrastructure to customers. · Report any incident, accident, or occurrence to your immediate supervisor. · Respond to customer questions, complaints, or requests. · Maintain cleanliness and organization within games and infrastructure. · Sell products and manage cash register. · Comply with the operational procedures established by the company. · Comply with the Internal Work Regulations, Internal Safety and Health at Work Regulations, as well as measures taken as a result of accident investigations in your work area. · Keep all equipment, tools, safety gear, and materials available and in good condition for job execution. · Carry out work activities focused on ensuring process quality, meeting standards established by the integrated management system. · Fulfill other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. · **Requirements:** · Completed secondary education. · Be of legal age. · Have 6 months of customer service experience (direct interaction). **We Offer** · Salary: 565 soles (Part time / 23.30 hours per week) / 847 soles (Semi-full time / 36 hours per week) · Payroll under microenterprise · A creative and dynamic work environment with an incredible team. · Growth opportunities within a globally recognized brand.
