





Occupational Clinic S&M is looking for a talent to lead the Human Resources and Procurement department **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or related fields * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position requested * Intermediate level knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva * Knowledge of computer systems and software * Preferably hold a diploma or master's degree in Human Talent Management * Availability to work at both clinic locations: Lima center and Lima north * Results-oriented, problem-solving skills, stress tolerance, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and planning **Responsibilities:** * Select personnel according to the systematic recruitment procedure based on established profiles * Keep employee CVs organized and up to date, as well as current records of specialists' professional qualifications * Develop a human resources work plan * Improve the company's work environment and climate * Support the management team with documents requested by the manager * Coordinate with management to ensure proper organization of clinic documents and handle any arising activities such as internal or external training, among other duties assigned by management * Ensure compliance with Quality Management System guidelines through responsible personnel * Evaluate employee performance in assigned areas in coordination with area supervisors * Responsible for executing and ensuring compliance with Human Resources and procurement processes Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600.00 per month Application questions: * Where do you live? * What are your salary expectations? * Do you have experience in HR?
