Support in logistical and operational processes of the department We are a men's boxer manufacturing company under the brand UNNO, and we are currently seeking a Logistics Assistant to support the organization and control of supplies. We seek a responsible, organized, and proactive individual with a willingness to work as part of a team and a positive attitude. Punctuality, commitment, and ability to follow instructions will be valued. **Main Responsibilities** ● Inventory management and control. ● Preparation and tracking of purchase orders. ● Coordination with suppliers and supply tracking. ● Receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies. ● Stock control and verification in the warehouse. ● Supervision of quality of received supplies. ● Support in logistical and operational processes of the department. ● Registration of supplier invoices and delivery notes in the Odoo system. ● Sending emails for purchase order registration. **Requirements** Academic Qualification: Graduate in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Knowledge:** Intermediate or advanced level Excel proficiency. Organization and planning skills. Attention to detail. Confidentiality and professional ethics. Teamwork. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Technical degree **Working Conditions** Work schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.; Fridays: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Overtime is compensated.
