We are currently seeking a **Foreman** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate (Professional) * Specialty in Civil Construction and/or Technical Degree in Civil Construction. * Technical Foreman qualification in Building Construction. * Minimum Required Experience: 2 to 4 years as a Foreman. * Mandatory: Fully accredited experience with work certificates. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate on-site personnel activities. * Monitor compliance with blueprints, technical specifications, and quality standards. * Verify the proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. * Coordinate project progress and requirements with the site supervisor or construction engineer. * Control execution timelines and report daily or weekly progress. * Manage material receipt, storage, and efficient usage. * Resolve technical and logistical issues arising during project execution. * Supervise finishing work and project handover.
