Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced bolt threading master (chip removal type) to operate and control machinery, ensure quality, and perform maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and control of threading machinery. 2. Quality control and inspection of threaded parts. 3. Basic machine maintenance. A metal-mechanical company is looking for an experienced bolt threading master (chip removal type). Main Responsibilities * **Machine Setup:** Adjusts threading dies, taps, or matrices according to the required thread diameter and pitch. * **Operation and Control:** Loads parts or bolts into the clamping jaws, initiates the threading cycle, and monitors proper feed progression. * **Lubrication and Adjustments:** Controls flow and level of cutting oil to prevent overheating and ensure good surface finish. * **Quality Control:** Visually inspects and measures threaded parts using precision instruments to verify compliance with technical specifications. * **Basic Maintenance:** Cleans the machine, removes accumulated chips, and replaces worn dies or tools. * **Safety:** Wears appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintains an orderly workplace. Preference for candidates residing in the Northern Cone. Salary: To be discussed Work Location: On-site employment
