**POSITION MISSION:** Provide support in the execution, control, and alerting of information regarding flotation, grinding, tailings thickening, filtration, and crushing processes to contribute to the operational efficiency of the concentrator plant operations, in compliance with the defined operational strategy. **FUNCTIONS:** * Support flotation process operations for Cu at its various stages, including monitoring operational parameters and reagent addition, control of centrifugal pumps, and control of copper concentrate pulp tank levels. * Support grinding process operations (SAG and ball mills, Pebble crushers, conveyor belts, and hydrocyclones), aiming for maximum tonnage performance, mineral fragmentation and crushing, proper grinding particle size and density in each unit, driven by pumps and classified in hydrocyclones according to established parameters. * Support tailings thickening process operations, including operation of tailings discharge pumps and auxiliary systems, tailings discharge shear system, flocculant lines, and Geho pumps. * Support measurement, control, and verification of operational parameters for flotation, grinding, and tailings thickeners. * Support cleaning activities in different areas (flotation, grinding, and tailings thickening) using procedures and equipment during shifts. * Record shift occurrences and directly communicate them to the relief personnel. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor aligned with area objectives. * Support primary crushing and filtration processes (monitoring conveyor belts, electromagnets, magnets, centrifugal pumps, storage tanks, submersible pumps, and concentrate filters). In 2007, Aluminum Corporation of China (CHINALCO) established Minera Chinalco Perú S.A. (Chinalco Perú) to build, develop, and operate the Toromocho copper megaproject. Toromocho Mining Unit has been the first world-class copper mine that a Chinese company has executed and developed from inception overseas. It is located in the Morococha district, Yauli province, Junín department, and over 4,500 meters above sea level. It operates a concentrator plant processing approximately 117,200 tons of ore per day. Today, Chinalco Perú is one of the most important companies within China Copper and the largest wholly-owned foreign subsidiary of CHINALCO. Requirements **1\.\- Education Level:** Complete Secondary Education. **2\.\- Experience:** 2 years in general, 1 year in the sector, 1 year in the position. **3\.\- Technological Tools:** Excel (Basic), Word (Basic) **KNOWLEDGE:** * Knowledge of mining safety, occupational health, and environmental practices in plant operations. * Control of operational parameters. * Pre-operational inspection of grinding circuit and auxiliary systems. * Operation of tailings thickening circuit and pulp transfer. * Operation of conveyor belts, crushers, and screens. * Operation and control of tailings pumps and auxiliary systems. * Flotation reagent dosing. * Operation of flotation cells, pumps, and concentrate thickener. * Operation of mills and hydrocyclones. * Start-up and shutdown of filtration equipment.
