At Expreso Libertadores S.A., an interprovincial transportation company, we are seeking an Accounting Assistant with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. Your responsibilities will include: * Recording accounting transactions (purchases, sales, bank transactions, etc.) in compliance with SUNAT regulations. * Reviewing and reconciling accounting accounts, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. * Coordinating with other departments to ensure accounting information is correctly recorded and consistent. * Assisting in the preparation of financial statements to support decision-making. * Managing accounting documentation and maintaining organized and accessible physical and digital archives. * Responding to internal and external audit requests by providing clear and efficient information. * Handling accounting systems. * Registering contingency receipts and electronic invoices. * Performing solid accounting entries for accounting accounts, depreciation, fixed assets, and costs, ensuring everything is accurately recorded and complies with tax regulations. * Fulfilling other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the accounting department. * **Requirements:** * Education: Certified Technical Degree in Accounting * Experience: 1 year of certified experience. * Knowledge: Tax legislation, ERP or accounting systems, intermediate Excel skills. * Skills: Analytical ability, organization, attention to detail, teamwork, responsibility. **We Offer:** * Continuous training for your professional development. * Competitive remuneration.
