





Position: Administrative Assistant **Location:** Lima, Peru **Position type:** Full-time **Modality:** On-site **Area:** General Administration **Reports to:** Operations Manager Position Objective Provide cross-functional administrative support to the operations, production, logistics, and industrial design departments, ensuring proper document management, task follow-up, and compliance with institutional protocols. Responsibilities * Draft, review, and archive institutional documents (powers of attorney, authorizations, protocols, technical forms). * Coordinate schedules, meetings, and operational follow-ups with suppliers, clients, and internal teams. * Manage attendance control, leave requests, and overtime in coordination with HR. * Support updating technical sheets, labels, and product formats. * Track deliveries, shipments, and logistics documentation. * Organize physical and digital files, ensuring traceability and backup. * Assist with minor purchases, quotations, and supply tracking. Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Average response time to administrative requests. * Percentage of documents correctly archived and traceable. * Compliance rate for documented deliveries and shipments. * Efficiency in attendance and leave management. Requirements * Technical or university degree in administration, business management, or related fields. * Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong organizational, follow-up, and attention to detail skills. * Proactive, responsible, and effective communication abilities. * Prior experience in industrial or logistics environments is desirable.
