At **Luvaro**, a 100% Peruvian fashion brand, we are looking for an **Assistant of Development and Production** to join our team. We are seeking someone passionate about fashion, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in collection development. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare final production sheets with detailed specifications by size, color, and process route. * Keep the physical and digital accessory samples updated per season (buttons, clasps, buckles, labels, hang tags, etc.). * Coordinate with external suppliers on the application and quality control of accessories. * Assemble and deliver complete materials to internal and external workshops, controlling quantities and returns. * Monitor outsourced production (denim and thread), verifying deliveries, timelines, and quality. * Support the technical team in creating and updating measurement sheets. * Update commercial information and internal production reports. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or graduate in Fashion Design or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles within garment or fashion companies. * Knowledge of accessory control, technical sheets, and production processes. * Intermediate level in Excel. * Ability to coordinate, organize, and track processes. **Benefits:** * Exclusive discounts on our garments. **On-site work schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Work location:** La Victoria.
