On behalf of our client, an important pharmaceutical company, we are looking for: **(1) Technical Support - Surquillo** **What are we looking for?** * Technicians or graduates in Systems Engineering, Computing, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support. * Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and Linux) * Skills in installation and configuration of peripheral devices * Knowledge and/or handling of PDA (similar to barcode reader). (Desirable) **What will be your responsibilities?** * Configuration of Windows operating systems * Perform logical and physical maintenance of computers, printers, and laptops. * Printer configuration * Installation and configuration of peripheral devices * Configuration and connection of computers to computer networks * Perform user data backups * Validate installer in applications * Record company sales transactions * Conduct inventory tasks **What do we offer?** * Inclusion in the consultant's full payroll * On-site work mode - Surquillo (Av. Tomas Marsano) * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, working 3 rotating shifts (7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. / 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.).
