We are looking for a person to join our team in a new position: **Main responsibilities:** * Receive assigned orders through the client's system. * Verify the delivery address, order contents, and special delivery conditions. * Transport orders safely, quickly, and responsibly by bicycle, scooter, or on foot as appropriate. * Follow designated routes or suggest more efficient routes to optimize delivery times. * Ensure correct delivery of the order to the end customer, obtaining a signature or digital confirmation. * Maintain a respectful, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers. * Address basic inquiries or escalate complaints to the appropriate department. * Record completed deliveries and report incidents (wrong address, customer absence, delays, etc.). * Care for and maintain the assigned transportation method and equipment (thermal backpack, uniform, device, etc.) in good condition. * Follow internal protocols for biosafety, integrity, and customer information handling. * Respect the company's confidentiality policies and ethical conduct standards. **Desired competencies:** * Customer orientation * Punctuality and responsibility * Honesty and reliability * Knowledge of urban routes * Good physical condition and adaptability to fieldwork Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
