Are you an **expert at closing sales via chat**? We are looking for a Sales Advisor with energy and strong communication skills to manage and convert prospects through digital channels. Your Main Responsibilities: * **Lead Management:** Attend to, inform, and motivate potential and existing customers through WhatsApp and social media. * **Conversion and Persuasion:** Apply sales techniques and *upselling* to meet and exceed monthly targets. * **Follow-up:** Follow up on pending chats and direct interested customers to the physical store. * **Basic Support:** Resolve common inquiries and provide information about order status. What We’re Looking For (Requirements): * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in sales or customer service (*chatbots*, social media, etc.). * Basic knowledge of Office, communication platforms (WhatsApp Business, social media), and **ERP**. * **Excellent written communication skills** (essential for digital customer service). * **Proactivity, responsibility, and strong results orientation.** * Ideal age: **23 to 35 years old.** * Availability to work **full-time** in Central Lima.
