





**EDUCATION:** * Technician in executive secretarial, administration or related fields. **TRAINING:** * Proficiency in writing and spelling. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email. * Knowledge in file organization and document management. * Basic knowledge of administration. **EXPERIENCE:** * 1 year in similar positions. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide direct administrative support to General Management. * Receive, filter and route calls, visits, correspondence and internal or external communications. * Draft, review, translate and format documents, reports, letters and executive presentations. * Manage and send institutional emails promptly and professionally. * Organize, coordinate and keep the Management's agenda and commitments up to date. * Carry out administrative procedures and external tasks with banks, notaries, public entities, suppliers, among others. * Administer and control office assets (inventory, supplies, materials and equipment). * Maintain the company's physical and digital files up to date, ensuring information confidentiality. * Monitor staff reimbursement funds and verify their proper recording and justification. * Ensure the company's positive image in customer and supplier interactions. **POSITION TYPE:** Full-time Type of position: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Application questions: * What is your salary expectation for this position? * How much experience do you have in similar Receptionist Assistant roles? * Are you available to work in-person in Camacho?
