





**POSITION MISSION** Provide administrative, accounting, and operational support to the People and Management area, ensuring proper personnel management, document control, and financial follow-up of internal processes, contributing to efficiency and compliance with company policies. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or technical graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles * Desired experience in distribution, mass consumption, or service companies. * Intermediate level of proficiency in Ms Excel. * Willingness to travel to Tingo Maria and Cerro de Pasco when required. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Keep physical and digital employee records up to date. * Prepare and send labor documents assigned. * Record and monitor employee attendance, vacations, leaves, and permissions in the management system. * Coordinate the signing and filing of HR memos and documents. * Support in publishing job postings and filtering CVs. * Coordinate interviews, evaluations, and hiring processes within the management system. * Provide support in induction programs and onboarding of new staff. * Assist in organizing events, campaigns, and integration activities. * Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and administrative procedures. * Participate in conducting surveys or actions to improve workplace climate. * Record and monitor daily expenses of the distributor branches. * Maintain daily control of customer accounts receivable. * Perform weekly reconciliation of deposits and daily settlements from the three branches (Huánuco, Tingo María, and Tocache). * Consolidate and report daily expenses of the distributor. * Support communication between People and Management and operational and commercial departments. * Report relevant information to the accounting department for payroll processing. * Carry out other duties assigned by supervisors related to the area. **COMPETENCIES** * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail and numerical accuracy. * Responsibility and confidentiality. * Coordination and effective communication skills. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Teamwork and employee service orientation. **BENEFITS** * Salary above market average. * Join a solid company with industry experience. * Full benefits from day one (Small company) * Performance-based incentives. **SCHEDULE AND REMUNERATION** * Monday to Friday from 8am to 1pm / 3pm to 7pm * Salary: S/.1500 * Food card bonus S/100.00 Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Application question(s): * Have you previously worked performing administrative functions?
