




Our client, an important company in the field of general services and maintenance, is looking for the best talents to fill the position of **PROFESSIONAL ADMINISTRATION INTERN for HUACHIPA**: Functions: * Support the procurement area. * Assist in searching for and obtaining supplier quotations (collecting information, requesting budgets). * Prepare or update price comparison charts. * Provide support in managing purchase orders (pending order requests). * Keep the physical and digital purchasing files up to date. * Assist in supplier evaluations (delivery times, prices, quality). * Support receiving, verifying, and recording supplier invoices. * Coordinate with the end-user department to ensure receipt of orders and signing of delivery guides. * Maintain organized reception documentation for auditing and internal control. * Forward recorded invoices for accounting and payment processing. Requirements: * University graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Availability to work in Huachipa.
