Experience in real estate, construction, or the industrial sector is desirable, as our clients are companies and investors. Currently, we have non-residential properties in our portfolio, and we will begin distributing construction materials using information technologies to differentiate ourselves from competitors. You will be responsible for recruiting personnel, evaluating and selecting suitable candidates for positions, preparing a work plan with each position, and monitoring progress in each role. You will also keep records of suppliers and clients with whom you have physical or virtual meetings to prioritize those with whom we can do business. You will also ensure office order and cleanliness and the supply of resources necessary to meet objectives.
