* Maintain the physical store and showroom image for public attention. * Attend promptly to various online sales channels. * Provide guidance, product demonstrations, share audiovisual materials, and quotations to customers. * Channel Technical Service Orders, direct them to the appropriate department, and follow up on their execution. * Issue invoices and/or sales receipts to customers and guide them on the company's payment methods. * Confirm timely with Administration the receipt of customer payments, whether full or partial (deposits). * Keep the Information System updated: Sales, Warranties, Technical Service Status, Spare Parts Kardex, Excel sheets for Deposits, Complaints, etc. * Propose Improvement Opportunities that positively impact the work area or the organization's value flow. Suggest their implementation and actively participate in execution. * Report promptly to the Store Supervisor any incidents and cash flow resulting from operations. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Customer Service.
