We are looking for a Supervisor or Site Superintendent responsible for leading, controlling, and ensuring the proper execution of construction projects, complying with the company's established quality, safety, schedule, and budget standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and efficient use of resources. * Supervise the technical execution of construction work, verifying compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Manage field personnel, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety policies. * Monitor physical and financial progress of the project, preparing periodic reports for project management or leadership. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. * Verify application of technical standards and municipal regulations, ensuring the project’s legal compliance. * Resolve technical issues during execution by proposing effective and practical solutions. * Participate in project closeout, ensuring proper documentation, final testing, and project delivery according to client requirements. **Requirements:** * Degree or technical diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field. * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in construction supervision or site management (infrastructure, buildings, or telecommunications). * Knowledge of blueprint reading, quantity surveying, budgeting, and cost control. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and construction management tools. * Availability for fieldwork and travel. **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and team management * Results orientation * Organization and planning * Effective communication and teamwork * Commitment to safety and quality Job type: Full-time, Temporary Contract duration: 3 months Salary: Starting at S/.1,800.00 per month Travel requirement: * 50% (Desirable) Workplace: On-site employment
