Responsibilities: \-\-Configuration and administration of CPANEL, OFFICE 365, SHAREPOINT, G\-SUITE \-Administration of Windows Server roles \- Ongoing technical support (on-site and remote) for all user inquiries or questions. \-Configuration and installation of computers, printers, copiers, scanners, plotters, cameras, projectors. \-Service for repair, preventive and corrective maintenance of the technology platform. \-Management of orders and inventory for new equipment, spare parts, and accessories. \-Provide customer service and system support. \-Writing diagnostic reports. \-Provide technical support service for PCs, laptops, tablets, all-in-one computers. \-Installation of operating systems, utilities, and engineering software. \-Physical and logical maintenance of laptops, PCs, servers. \-Manage component replacements and equipment warranties. \-Configuration and administration of CPANEL, OFFICE 365, G\-SUITE at intermediate level. \-Administration of Windows Server roles. \-Configuration and installation of security cameras. \-Configuration of switches, access points, and routers. \-Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure. \-Training and writing of manuals. Requirements: \-Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Security, or Networking. \-Knowledge of Azure, Office 365, G\-Suite, Cpanel, OFFICE 365. \-Solid networking knowledge. \-Knowledge of inkjet and laser printers. \-Knowledge of video surveillance cameras. \-Knowledge of structured cabling. \-Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.
