Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Operator for tasks including receiving, dispatching, picking, packing, and inventory control, while maintaining order and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Emphasis on speed and attention to detail **Responsibilities:** * **Receiving and Dispatching:** Loading, unloading, and stacking goods. Verify that quantities and product conditions match the Delivery Guides. * **Order Fulfillment (Picking and Packing):** Assemble, pack, and label orders to ensure no shipping errors occur. * **Inventory Management:** Actively participate in physical counts, cycle counts, and full inventories. Keep inventory records up to date. * **Control:** Immediately report stock shortages (stockouts), damages, or inventory discrepancies. * **Organization:** Operate manual handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse according to safety standards. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * **Minimum 2 years of certified experience** in warehouses or logistics. * **Strong experience in inventory taking.** * Familiarity with warehouse documentation (Delivery Guides, Invoices, Receipt/Dispatch Notes). * Availability to work in **San Martín de Porres**, from **Monday to Saturday**. **Skills:** * Speed and attention to detail (proficient with numbers and counting). * Ability to work under pressure and sense of urgency. * Clear and honest communication. * Good physical condition for operational and dynamic work. **Benefits:** \- Overtime pay \- Growth opportunity in a stable company Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
