You will lead multidisciplinary teams, facilitate planning, manage risks, and ensure solutions are delivered with quality, within established timelines, and aligned with strategic objectives. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Coordinate end\-to\-end execution of agile projects, ensuring incremental and high-value deliveries. * Lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration, alignment, and focus on objectives. * Manage risks, impediments, dependencies, and action plans to ensure project continuity. * Ensure proper backlog prioritization in collaboration with stakeholders and Product Owners. * Monitor team performance metrics (velocity, lead time, burn\-down, capacity, etc.). * Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote a culture of continuous improvement. * Guarantee adherence to milestones, schedules, and established agreements. * Ensure smooth communication between involved areas and key stakeholders. * Maintain updated documentation, reports, and progress status. **Requirements and Skills** * Professionals in Engineering, Systems, Management, or related fields with \+5 years of experience in similar roles or functions. * Experience managing projects using agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid). * Knowledge in prioritization, planning, risk management, delivery, and dependency management. * Experience working with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar (desirable). * Ability to coordinate technical, functional, and business teams. * Experience with agile metrics and facilitating continuous improvement activities. * Desired: Intermediate English proficiency **About Encora** Encora is the preferred digital engineering and digital modernization partner for some of the world’s leading companies and digital-native businesses.
