We are currently looking for a **Payment and Relationship Assistant**, a key role to ensure efficient and timely management of the payment process, as well as maintaining smooth communication with our suppliers and the sales team. **Requirements:** * Graduate or final-year student in **Finance, Business Administration, or related fields**. * Proficiency in **Excel (intermediate-to-advanced level)** and **Power BI (basic level)**. * Minimum of **6 months of experience** in similar roles. * Desirable knowledge in **Financial Analysis** and **Project Valuation**. **Responsibilities:** * Manage, control, and audit the end-to-end payment process, ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, payment, and clearance of commercial documents within the assigned portfolio or category. * Analyze the payment process and propose automated improvements within the system/ERP. * Perform financial data reconciliations to guarantee information accuracy. * Provide support and respond to supplier inquiries in coordination with the sales team, prioritizing strong business relationships and ensuring operational continuity. * Develop control points and reports that highlight progress, issues, complexities, and urgent matters within the overall payment process. * Maintain constant communication with the sales team and suppliers as the Finance department's representative on matters related to payments, rescheduling, timelines, and structures. * Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Conditions and benefits:** * **Employment type:** Service invoice (for vacation period). * **Work schedule:** Full time. * **Benefits:** Opportunity for **career progression** based on performance, continuous training, excellent work environment, and a dynamic, youthful atmosphere.
