




**JOIN OUR TEAM!** We are looking for energetic, responsible individuals who are eager to grow professionally to join our team at the following available location: * **PARISIEN – San Isidro** **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure proper handling of money and customer service, guaranteeing accuracy in transactions and daily cash reconciliation. Responsible for properly welcoming our Guests (customers), ensuring they are attended to according to the restaurant's service policies and standards from the moment they arrive until they leave. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Process payments in cash, credit cards, transfers, or other payment methods. * Issue receipts or invoices. * Serve customers politely and efficiently. * Reconcile the cash register at the end of each shift. * Report any discrepancies in the cash register. * Keep the work area clean and organized. * Comply with all quality standards, restaurant rules, policies, and procedures. * Observe guests to ensure they are satisfied with food and service, promptly responding to any additional requests. * Immediately notify the shift manager if any guest experiences any type of issue. * Ensure customer satisfaction. * Supervise that the restaurant's facilities, including tables, floors, bar counter, etc., are in optimal condition to receive guests. * Supervise that staff wear their uniforms in impeccable condition when serving guests. * Assist other employees as needed, both in dining area tasks and kitchen preparation areas, to ensure guest satisfaction. * Fully comply with Bon Beef's uniform standards. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of cashier experience (desirable, not mandatory) * Positive attitude, proactivity, and commitment * Availability to work rotating shifts * Reside in areas close to Surco or San Isidro (desirable), depending on the application location * Knowledge of Inforest system (desirable) Job type: Full-time, Part-time Salary: Starting at S/.700.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
