Requirements: THE QUALITY SPECIALIST MUST DEMONSTRATE A MINIMUM OF TWELVE (12) MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE COUNTED FROM THE DATE OF PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION as a QUALITY SPECIALIST AND/OR QUALITY CONTROL AND/OR QUALITY ASSISTANT, OR ANY COMBINATION OF THESE, IN THE EXECUTION OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN GENERAL. Certification: Key personnel experience can be verified by any of the following documents: (i) simple copy of contracts with corresponding acceptance confirmation, or (ii) official letters, or (iii) certificates, or (iv) any other documentation that reliably demonstrates the proposed personnel's experience. Documents verifying experience must include the full name of the key personnel, the position held, the service period indicating the start and completion date (day, month, and year), the name of the issuing entity or organization, the issue date, and the full name and signature of the person issuing the document. Preference will be given to candidates holding any of the following certifications: Project Management Institute (PMI), Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils (FIDIC), Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE - NEC), Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE International), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), Stanford University – VDC Certificate, BuildingSMART International, Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Autodesk, American Concrete Institute (ACI), International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM), IPMA International Project Management Association.
